01What is the whitelist?+
It's the list of stores that get in first. You write to us, we look at your catalogue and we let you know when a slot opens, with the launch price.
02What counts as an image?+
Every result the try-on generates. If a generation fails, the credit comes back: you're not charged for it.
03Can I change plan?+
Yes, whenever you want. If you run short one month you move up; if you have images left over you move down. No long contracts.
04Is the size recommender charged separately?+
No. It's included and unlimited on every plan.
05What if I run out of images before the month ends?+
We let you know from the dashboard and you can add credit or move to the next plan. The try-on doesn't shut off from one day to the next.
